More persons than stated must not occupy the flats.
Visitors to guests are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for all damage and breakages during their stay.
The flats are under the personal supervision of the proprietors who will be pleased to deal with all enquiries and to help make your holiday a complete success.
The management reserves the right to cancel accommodation if at any time in their opinion, the behavior of a guest is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is affected.
The management does not hold itself responsible for valuables left in flats.
Flats are offered subject to their being available on receipt of a deposit. An official receipt will be forwarded if accommodation is available. If accommodation is not available, deposits will be refunded by return of post.
In the event of cancellation, deposits are not returnable.
Bookings can be made by telephone between 10.00 am and 8.00 pm.
Keys are provided to the main entrance door as well as to the flats, so that late clubbers have no worries. There is a £5 charge for all lost keys.
